Speaker, in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No.1 of the National Assembly Standing Orders, as read together with Paragraph 9(7) and (8) of the House of Parliament Joint Sitting Rules, I seek your indulgence and that of this House to allow the Joint Parliamentary Select Committee on the matters relating to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) an additional period of two days from yesterday 16th August, 2016, to enable the Joint Committee time to conclude and table its Report in the National Assembly tomorrow afternoon, Thursday 18th August, 2016."
