    "content": "I noted a few major areas in this Report. There are very many areas which need serious scrutiny. There are a few areas I noted and it is very important for us to discuss them and find a way of dealing with them. One major issue is poor coordination by the National Treasury. The National Treasury must be serious on matters of accounting. When coordination is poor, Government expenditures cannot be accounted for properly. This is a lacuna. It is an area where most corrupt people will find an opportunity to steal."
