    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This matter has been brought many times to the Ministry and a satisfactory answer has never been given. Majority of children in the slums in urban centres are in informal schools. The Constitution is being violated because it talks of their right to education. Free Primary Education is not reaching the majority of children in Nairobi. Would it be in order to ask the relevant Departmental Committee to look into these issues so that it can give us a long-term solution to the issue of informal schools in Nairobi?"
