Again, you realise that these people authorised for particular events to take place and after payment is made, they cancel the events and somebody gets payment for a service that has not been rendered. This is something that eventually made the YEDF to loss Kshs44,741,603 in one transaction for a service or function that was not rendered. They just organised an event and cancelled it in the last minute. The individuals were paid and eventually nobody talked about it. This was a common feature during the tenure of one Ms. Catherine Namuye and Mr. Bruce Odhiambo."
