    "content": "THAT, this has caused him social, emotional and psychological trauma and led to depression; THAT, on 16th March, 2015, the petitioner was interdicted with allegation of desertion of duty; THAT, the petitioner launched several appeals with the TSC for intervention regarding the matter but efforts to resolve the matter have borne no fruits; THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law; Therefore, your humble petitioner prays that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology:- i. recommends reinstatement of Mr. Ephraim Kamuhu Wambugu as the principal by the TSC and payment of his dues; ii. ensures that the petitioner’s plight is addressed; and, iii. makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. And your petitioner will forever pray. I do not know why people laughed at me when I said “ mama ako sawa, aendelee na kazi 2017 to 2022”. Thank you."
