    "content": "THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law. Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Health: - i. calls for an immediate probe into the death of the late Mr. Cosmas Mutunga; ii. ensures the establishment of mechanisms to guarantee security and safety to patients admitted and visiting public hospitals especially those under the national Government; iii. considers paying compensation to the family of the late Mr. Cosmas Mutunga and other affected persons as a result of gross violation of human rights of patients, under the care and custody of KNH; iv. ensures that the Petitioner’s plight is addressed; and, v. makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. And your Petitioners will forever pray."
