"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also wish to thank the Minister for coming promptly to the House to explain what happened. I also want to thank him for enhancing security. This morning I saw sniffer dogs in the Continental Offices. The security has been up scaled. However, this is the second blast since the Uhuru Park blast. Could he tell the House what he has done about the Uhuru Park blast up to now as we go into Christmas? The families of the victims will be spending Christmas as orphans or widows. Please, tell us what you are doing about that as well."
