    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I would like to point out one thing about sharing of revenue. The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) cannot work effectively without getting enough funding. It needs a lot of money to train manpower, buy equipment and cover all that they require. Unless the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Act is amended, you cannot amend this section of the Civil Aviation Act. At the moment, the KRA collects all the revenue at the airport.
