    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I wish to support the Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill. It is important to understand that the roles of both the KAA and the KCAA are in law. They are distinct and separate. While supporting this Bill, I heard the Leader of the Majority Party stating that this amendment will have effect on the United States Federal Aviation Authority (USFAA) in having direct flights to Kenya.
