"content": "I rise to second this Bill. Just like the Leader of the Majority Party has stated, it is a Bill that tries to put things straight knowing that the reality of 1937 is not the reality we are in right now in 2016 and moving forward. It is a Bill that brings to light the times we are in. It does not require the engagement of any county government or the Senate. It also does not have any additional expenditure to public funds. It is very short. It is actually half a page and it is meant to put things in order. With those few remarks, I rise to second. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
