    "content": "The Committee, indeed, is thankful to Hon. Speaker for allowing the Committee to sit during House sessions to enable us cope with the workload and the strict constitutional timeframe. This was in pursuit of compliance with Article 229(8) of the Constitution as aforementioned. The timely tabling of this Report is of particular significance in ensuring fair revenue sharing within the national Government and the county governments, calculated on the basis of the most recent current audited accounts approved by Parliament as required by Article 203(3) of the Constitution. We, therefore, call upon this honourable House to expeditiously discuss and approve this Report as a matter of urgency."
