    "content": "The Committee, therefore, strongly recommends that it is mandatory for all MDAs to keep comprehensive and up to date assets registers. Accounting Officers who fail to keep assets registers in their respective MDAs will be held personally liable and be compelled to make good the loss of public funds arising from lack of proper assets registers as provided in the Constitution."
