    "content": "(x) Coordination of One Stop Boarder Post: The Committee noted that many activities at the one stop border posts were uncoordinated. For example, it was observed that every border post was manned by officers from different agencies, such as the police, Immigration, Customs and health among others. Each agency was engaged in its specific core function such that activities that were not clearly defined and assigned to any of the agencies, particularly those activities that affect all the agencies like facilities management were left unattended and virtually uncoordinated."
