The Budget is a contract between the people and the Government saying that those are the things that we are going to finance so that we can achieve growth in those sectors over time. To achieve goals, for example, we have got for Vision2030. It starts with the Budget Policy Statement and the allocation of recourses in relation to areas of priority in the Budget Policy Statement, which is calibrated to produce the results that are needed to grow this country."
