    "content": "Some of the pending bills are caused by failure to follow the law. Pending bills are supposed to be a first charge in every Government expenditure. Those are some of the things we need to make sure we follow so that the Government does not lose a lot of money, especially in paying a lot of interest, by ensuring that those who the Government owes money are paid on time.
