    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I was still digesting the role of the regional integration in the deployment of forces to South Sudan. I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, the Senate Amendments to the Protection of the Traditional Knowledge and Cultural Expressions Bill, 2015 be now considered I agree with all the Senate amendments to this Bill. I am also aware that the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has concurred with all the Senate amendments. Clause 4 looks at the existing responsibilities of county governments in protecting and promoting traditional knowledge and cultural expression."
