Traditionally, those people who actually perform these traditional rites, most of them have never been to school. Even the traditional medicinemen, since time immemorial were wazees in the villages who had no certificates. This amendment is catering for these classes of people. Now that I have the microphone, allow me to recognise the two schools from my constituency."
