    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. This is one of the proposals we looked at as a Committee and agreed with. Our agreement was also based on the fact that being a subsidiary legislation, it is important for the Government to be able to harmonise it between the various arms of Government. Whether it is the county government or the national Government, it is good so that there would not be any conflict of laws. Therefore, this is an important amendment that we took on board as a Committee and we agree with it."
