Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following— (2) The Cabinet Secretary shall at least once in ten years publish the inventory in sub-section (1) in the Kenya Gazette . The Bill leaves publication of the roads inventory to the discretion of the CS. The CS could decide not to publish the inventory or take a lot of time before publishing it. So, a timeline needs to be given."
