Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 11 of the Bill be amended− (a) by re-numbering the existing sub-clause (1) as sub-clause (2); (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause (1) ─ “(1) There is established the Board of the Kenya National Highways Authority.” (c) by deleting the words “or (g)” appearing at the end of paragraph (a). (d) in paragraph (f) by deleting the word “or” appearing at the end of sub- paragraph (v) and substituting therefor the word “and”.
