Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 70 of the Bill be amended in subsection (1) by inserting a proviso- “provided notification of the actions or powers intended has been provided and consented to by the National Agency with delegated powers over the road.” This is to provide for checks and balances in the exercise of power to ensure that the National Agency is involved before the power is used."
