    "content": "I wish to also support the New Clause 11(C). I generally agree with the composition of the Board. It is also important to note that the Board is basically a policy making body. The problem we have in this country is that members of boards of various parastatals transform themselves into executive officers wanting to perform tasks which are better left to the management. So, if the role of this Board remains that of policy and oversight, then it is perfectly in order. Thank you."
