    "content": "Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) instead because it is a roads issue. We should have the NTSA or the Traffic Department of Kenya being part of this. I also want the Chair to clarify what the role of the NTSA is in relation to the traffic police because there is serious confusion on the roads. This is because you will find the NTSA and traffic police there. We have traffic lights which are not working or if they are working, the police make them not to work.
