    "content": "That is why I am going to move--- We will call for recommital and go back to the Committee of the whole House to look at the clauses the Members have asked. What is even fundamental are the remarks by the Chair of Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. That is the most fundamental thing from the debate we have had today. We cannot have a Chair of a Committee that is mandated by this House to look at the constitutionality of the work we are doing raising concerns and we ignore him. That is not possible."
