    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Any amendment or creation of any law is to cure a mischief. Irrespective of whose interest this amendment is being proposed, the substance of the amendment is what we are trying to address as a House. Is there any mischief? Is there any gap? It is my considered opinion that we look at the current operational principal Act. Who is the Secretary to the Board? That will inform whether or not we need to create the slot of the Corporation Secretary. That is my opinion."
