"content": "I think it is the right thing to do. I do not understand why we are taking so much time. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who in this case is the Director- General, is supposed to be the Company Secretary. In this case, the Company Secretary is the assistant to the Director-General. We have wasted so much time on this. That is the true position because that is how governance is in this country."
