Are we creating another position of a Secretary to the Board, or are we retaining the Director-General of all these three organisations to be the ex-officio and Secretary to the Board? If the latter is the position, then I have no problem. It is a precedent of all Parliaments that when there is a conflict of interest, a Member has to declare. It is part of leadership and integrity."
