    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I agree with you. In my understanding, the recommittal was requested by Hon. Chepkong’a regarding the issue of constitutionality of that clause. Since Hon. Chepkong’a has withdrawn his recommittal request, as you rightly said, Hon. Nyikal needs to understand. In my understanding, we have come back to the Committee of the whole House to deal with the aspect of the constitutionality of that clause. I totally agree with you and ask Hon. Nyikal to hold his horses."
