    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, the issue of the cost of building roads is critical. Roads are very expensive since one kilometre of road costs Kshs40 million. There is a better way of building roads and I am sure we can build one kilometre of road using about Kshs15 million. So, we need to cut down on the cost so that we can extend this great service to Kenyans."
