Outa’s amendment was defeated. So, it is important to look at what the other Members have brought. Some people take a long time to prepare the amendments, only for them to be defeated because the Committee’s amendment has carried the day. It is important to look at the individual Members’ amendment and pick the ones that are good. We can use them to improve the Bill."
