    "content": "If the University of Washington closes today, there could be a problem in the United States of America (USA). Even if you close our universities today, the only problem we can have is a backlog. That is because in the process of legislation, we have not put that connection. I want to move that in the future, we should move that amendment to have the respective and relevant department of the university having a nominee in this Act when it is signed into law, and also other Acts to have such representation."
