    "content": "I want to speak briefly on re-classification of roads. This is one issue which we need to take very seriously as a country. That is because some of the roads were under-classified. One of the conditions which have been used to classify roads is the traffic on various roads. Some of the roads that are leading to very productive areas have been neglected for a long time because there was no access to some of those areas. An example is in Nyandarua and some areas in Murang’a, especially on the northern side."
