This country, perhaps, requires a revolution for things to be put back on track. Hon. Deputy Speaker, in the interest of time, I will not go on. But I must also point out the fact that banks were an integral part in that devious scheme. That is why you see banks are continuously remaining arrogant as they continue to fleece Kenyans in the name of high interest rates. We need a mechanism to rein in those banks because the reason why a bank such as Chase Bank got involved in that kind of scheme was the fact that they knew that, at the end of the day, they were in bed with the political class and nothing would happen to them."
