    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I want to support the Report of the Committee and condemn the vice of fraud and mismanagement of the youth fund. Hon. Deputy Speaker, this Fund was not there in the previous governments. The Fund was created after realising that the youth, women and people with disabilities were vulnerable and needed to be assisted. The youth population in this country is the highest and they are the most unemployed."
