"content": "farmers and increase the amount of disposable income of the farmers. This is a boost to livestock farming. Those who keep animals for meat and milk are expected to benefit. The Government is committed to providing incentives and favourable environment to encourage Kenyans who have invested abroad to invest back in the country. In this regard, the Bill seeks to declare tax amnesty for Kenyans who own such investments and would like to invest back. This is a very important provision in this Bill. If there are Kenyans who have invested billions of shillings out of this country and they wish to bring back those investments to Kenya, they will not be taxed. They are free to bring back their investments to Kenya. They are free to bring all their assets to this country because they have been given a tax amnesty."
