    "content": "simply saying that there are workers who are under the low income bracket. Normally, they work overtime to enhance their earnings and they are paid bonuses for good performance. Retirement benefits for low income categories do attract tax, but we are now proposing exemption so that they can enjoy higher disposable income, especially when the cost of living is rising. I believe this will be music to the ears of low income earners."
