    "content": "With the increasing use of mobile and internet services in Kenya, online trading of foreign currency has attracted a lot of interest among Kenyan investors, particularly among the youth. This House may note that, currently, there is no regulatory framework to guide online FOREX trade. This Bill, therefore, proposes to amend the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Act so that the CMA may make regulations to ensure effective and secure online FOREX trading by Kenyans. This is a very good proposal because we need to protect our financial sector. We need to protect traders and investors."
