Deputy Speaker, I appreciate what the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade is saying, but will it not be in order as he prosecutes his point he specifies the clauses? He is reading the notes and we have the Bill here. It will be nice for him to specify that under a particular clause, this is what is happening. We cannot follow and interrogate the Bill. My humble request is this: As he puts across his points, let him also state the specific clause in the Bill. It is just for purposes of Members going along with you.
