    "content": "The dumping site in Mombasa is an eyesore. We proposed, if they do not have another place to put that dump site, we can put up a wall to brand this country. I support the taxes, but let us be practical and address the issues of congestion and look for a way to make our towns clean. Tourists come here to relax. They do not come here to look at how we operate."
