    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is tax exemption or amnesty to people who want to reinvest in Kenya. These are people who had moved out of Kenya and they want to come back. We need to be cautious in this area. As such companies come back, they should be vetted to establish if they left the country because of taxation. I do not think taxation will be good enough to push someone out of a country. As the companies come back, they need to be vetted to make sure that we get investors who can add value to the economy of this country in terms of creation of employment and generation of more revenue, so that the country can grow."
