Temporary Deputy Speaker, my Chair has forgotten that SACCOs are not licensed by the CBK, but by the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority (SSRA) and we need to put them under the same ambit because they have been excluded in the Bill. There is also the issue regarding the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and the online forex trading, which is a good idea. On the Capital Gains Tax (CGT), if you have owned a property for over 20 years and, for example, you bought it for about Kshs100,000 and want to sell it for Kshs1 million, you will pay CGT on the Kshs1 million because it takes inflation into account. I will bring amendments which I have passed to the Committee. We need to rethink how we will go about this. Hon.
