    "content": "Coming back to the Report, I would like to say that this Bill is very important for this country and every Member of Parliament. It is for these reasons that I call upon this House that in future, an important Bill such as the Finance Bill should not be tabled one day before or should not be made available to Members a day before deliberation in the House. We need it to be ready in good time so that we examine, scrutinise it and make comments. That way, we will be in a position to represent our people effectively. That is my observation and I am sure it will be taken into account."
