    "content": "Finally, I want to comment on the issue of importation of vehicles. What caught my attention is that there is no mention, to the best of my knowledge, of the issue of motor bikes. We should bring an amendment to ensure that the Excise Duty on motorbikes is removed so that we can benefit our young men and women who are doing business in that sector. I support this Bill.
