    "content": "On the issue of the equipment used in the construction of specialised hospitals, we all know that in our constituencies, we are invited for Harambees every other day because we have sick Kenyans who have to go to India for cancer and heart treatment and kidney transplants. If we are able to set up those hospitals here, it will mean that the cost will go down and it will help many Kenyans. In that case, I support the same."
