    "content": "To wind up, I add my voice to the members here and Kenyans out there who are beseeching the President to assent to the Bill that deals with interest rates because that is what Kenyans want. What is unfortunate, and we have seen it is that when banks collapse, it is the common man who is fleeced. If the interest rates come down, it means that many Kenyans will access credit and we will avoid shylocks and pyramid schemes. The cry we have in our homestead will also come to an end."
