    "content": "Regarding the livestock sector, which is a big source of livelihood for many Kenyans, the CS is trying to help farmers increase their earnings from this sector. The sector has been facing high cost of animal feeds. In order to make animal feeds affordable to all farmers in the country, the CS, through this Bill, is proposing to exempt tax from raw materials used in the manufacture of these feeds. This is a big boost to livestock farmers as they will access cheaper animal feeds."
