    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to request for the adjournment of the House, on a definite matter of urgent national importance. Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 33(1), I wish to seek leave to move the adjournment of the House for the purpose of congratulating Kenya’s world-conquering athletes for their sterling performance in the just concluded 2016 Olympic Games held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
