    "content": "I will speak very briefly. First of all, I do not think this Motion is in the right order. I oppose it on that basis. We as Opposition had Smith Hempstone, we called him the rogue ambassador, but he brought us multi-partyism. Whether the conduct of this man that we are discussing is good or bad, I think it is for us to look in perspective. At this moment in time, I am a member of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. I heard that we were banned from going to the US but it turned out not to be true. So, I think most of this is becoming rumour-mongering and most of it is actually taking doublespeak to an extra portion. So I oppose the Motion."
