    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I agree with what my colleagues have said, especially Hon. Millie Odhiambo, on that particular amendment. There is a problem on the procedure of prosecuting amendments. Hon. Members have not read this Report. They are not able to come up with amendments. The procedure should be followed. I think Members should be given ample time to go through the Report, make up their minds and see whether there are amendments to be brought or not."
