    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I beg to support Hon. Olago Aluoch’s amendment and indicate that the Select Committee went out of their terms of reference with regard to what the House voted for. They were supposed to inquire into the affairs of the IEBC and recommend on how the Commissioners will vacate office and how to reform the Commission. They were not supposed to include unconstitutional matters in the Report. Therefore, I will move a further amendment once we vote on Hon. Olago Aluoch’s amendment."
